BNI Coal Tanks & Piping

• 12 tanks total, 11 at 13’6” Diameter X 25’ tall and one at 12’ Diameter X 25’ Tall
• Central walkway system with stairways on both ends.  Modular system for easy expansion if needed in the future.
• 4” Main trunk line with 3” feeder lines to each tank.  All piping was shop welded, tested and pre-painted before shipping to the site.
• Adjustable pipe stands designed to allow for future piping stacked on top of existing.
• Custom built hose reel cabinets to provide protection from the harsh environment of the coal mine.
• Project was shipped with accurate layout drawings and spacing bars to assist with the alignment of the tanks during installation.
• All piping was flanged after the flex connectors at the tank to provide fast installation on site.  No cutting or threading on site.
